Field-tested tinkering.
Practical automation.

I build end‑to‑end tech projects that blend hardware, software, and data — from in‑the‑field IoT deployments and automation to bots, AI experiments, and security‑minded services. Some projects are telemetry-heavy (sensors → logs → dashboards → alerts), while others are fully autonomous physical systems — like an Arduino-controlled model railroad crossing with automated gate arms, LEDs, and sound that runs hands‑off. The common thread is reliability, clear observability, and clean interfaces people can actually use. The full writeups live in Projects.

Mission

Build systems that are simple, resilient, and observable: signals → logs → dashboards → alerts → action. Whether it’s a field deployment, a bot integration, or an AI workflow, I value clean architecture, good documentation, and outcomes you can verify.

$ current_focus
✓ field telemetry + automation

✓ security + monitoring fundamentals
✓ ML experiments for smarter decisions
✓ reliable data collection
✓ clear dashboards + reporting
✓ automation + anomaly detection

🧰 Capabilities

  • Autonomous embedded builds (Arduino/Pi): motion, actuators, lights, sound
  • Sensor ingestion + structured logging (local or hosted)
  • Dashboards that non-technical users can read quickly
  • Automation workflows, bots, and API integrations (notifications, command routing)
  • Applied AI/ML experiments (inference, classification, pipelines)
  • Security & observability basics: least-privilege, segmentation, audit-friendly logging
  • Documentation-first builds: repeatable, testable, transferable
